Last summer, Edinburgh's Festival attracted a paying audience on a par with the 2002 football World Cup in Japan and South Korea; 2.6 million people. The Fringe has become the driving force for this incredible deluge responsible for attracting 50% of all visitors.

As the world's largest open arts festival, the Fringe also grabs headlines. Recent research shows the Fringe gains coverage to the value of £6.6 million in advertising.

The Fringe is inclusive, contemporary and innovative, attracting a young, vibrant and affluent audience spending over £75 million in Edinburgh over the summer.

Any shows that you are interested in - add them to your wishlist. It doesn't matter if you add too many, you can always remove them later! Use your wishlist to remember which shows you like the look of.

Decide which shows in your wishlist are the must haves - and which are the must nots!

Select dates for those shows you think you want to see, and add them to your schedule.

Once you have narrowed it down you can book them online.
